Ms. Rust graduated from Murray State University in 1998, and from Northern Kentucky University College of Law in 2001. She is licensed in Kentucky and Indiana and admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the Southern District of Indiana. She is a member of the Kentucky and Indiana Bar Associations, and is a past president of the Henderson Bar Association.
