Mr. Hamilton graduated from Duke University in 1991, and from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1995. He is licensed to practice in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the Southern District of Indiana, as well as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He represents Benthall Brothers, Inc., Ramada Inn of Henderson and Dukes Henderson, Inc., a local hotelier. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the local bar associations in Henderson and in Evansville, Indiana. He is also a member of the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys/Kentucky Justice Association and the Hon. Gene Brooks Inns of Court in Evansville, Indiana. Mr. Hamilton is Vice-President of the Henderson Lions Club and currently chairs the local Lions Eye Health Program committee. Mr. Hamilton is currently engaged primarily in civil litigation.
