Kim Long

Kim is our firm’s workers compensation and insurance defense paralegal, and works with Sam Bach in providing exceptional service to our corporate and business clients.  Kim graduated from Murray State University with an English degree, and has many years of experience in the legal services industry.  Kim and her husband Eric live in Henderson, and have been featured in the local newspaper for rescuing and adopting animals from the local shelter.  In her spare time, Kim enjoys reading and writing fiction, and is working on a law firm-based sitcom screenplay.  She says it is fictional, but we have our doubts.

Lynda Schreiner

Lynda is Bach Hamilton LLP’s litigation paralegal and injury case manager, and has assisted attorneys in jury trials in Kentucky and Indiana cases since earning a political science degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.  She works with Curt Hamilton in all aspects of personal injury and medical negligence claims, from obtaining and reviewing medical records to preparing litigation-specific documents for trial.  Lynda and her husband, Michael, spend their spare time with their two young daughters in a variety of local activities, and she also loves international travel, reading, and researching her family’s ancestry.

Carolyn Thomas

Carolyn, a Morganfield native, has many years of experience working in the banking and insurance industries, and also has owned and operated her own antique & collectible shops in western Kentucky.  She communicates with all of Bach Hamilton LLP’s clients as our receptionist and billing coordinator, and always maintains a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere in our office. Carolyn  enjoys antiquing and traveling when she is not sharing her time with family and friends.

Charlene Jordan

Charlene is our firm’s Real Estate Paralegal, and has over 30 years’ experience in the real estate industry.  She works with Allison Rust and Sam Bach in property issues, and manages most of our title searches, closings, and other realty matters.  She also works with Allison Rust and Curt Hamilton in family law matters and investigating accident claims on local waterways.  Charlene and her husband Gary are avid runners and watersports enthusiasts; on most weekends they spend time with their children and grandchildren on Kentucky Lake aboard their boat, Fixed Income II.

Necole Willett

Necole came to Bach Hamilton LLP with many years of experience as a legal assistant, accounts clerk, and secretary.  While Necole assists the lawyers and paralegals in the firm in all facets of our practice, she particularly enjoys working with our criminal defense and personal injury clients in cases managed by Jon Armstrong and Elizabeth Vaughn. Necole and her husband Daaron live in Henderson and enjoy spending their time with their three children.
